Warranty & Product Quality Guarantee

At Pawtikko, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our pet supplements. All products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

Products that arrive with broken seals, leaking/damaged packaging, or visible manufacturing defects.
Products that do not match the description or quantity stated at the time of purchase.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

Normal consumption or expiry after the "Best If Used By" date.
Changes in color, texture, or scent due to proper storage conditions.
Damage caused by improper storage (heat, moisture), misuse, or failure to follow feeding instructions.
Individual pet sensitivities, allergic reactions, or perceived lack of effectiveness — no health or efficacy warranty is expressed or implied.
Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers.

Warranty Period

Coverage applies from the date of delivery and extends through the printed expiration date on the package, or 90 days from delivery (whichever is earlier), for defect-related issues only.

Remedy

If a qualifying defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

Replace the affected item(s) free of charge, or
Issue a full refund for the defective item(s)

We reserve the right to require photographic evidence of the defect/seal before processing a claim.
