1.Order Processing & Transit Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our localized warehouses. Please note the following timelines:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST, GMT-5 – New York) - Business days (Mon–Fri, no holidays)
  • Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 Business days (Mon–Fri, no holidays)
  • Transit Time (Delivery): 2–4 Business days (Mon–Fri, no holidays)
  • Estimated Delivery Date: 3-5 Business days (Mon–Fri, no holidays)

Note: Deliveries are not typically made on weekends or public holidays. For oversized items (such as our Modular Sofas), shipping may be executed via specialized freight carriers, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

3.Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Free Shipping)
Shipping Destinations: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We can't ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Note: If you input the shipping address out of the available areas, you will get 2 error prompts at checkout page. They're listed as below.

  1. Delivery error: The product in your cart is not available for delivery to your location.
    Change delivery address or empty cart and return to store.
  2. Shipping method error: Shipping not available. Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address.

4.Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

5.Important Note for Oversized & Compressed Items
Certain products (including our Compressed Foam Sofas) are shipped vacuum-packed for efficiency. Please allow 7–10 days after unpacking for the product to fully expand and regain its original luxurious shape. This expansion period does not affect your warranty or return eligibility window.

6.Damages, Shortages, and Missing Items
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. 
* If you notice any significant damage to the outer packaging, please take photos and write "Refused due to damage" when signing for the delivery.
* Any hidden damages, defects, or missing components must be reported to our customer support team at support@pawtikko.com within 3 Business Days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos or videos of the issue.
