Refund policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- The item must be securely packed in its original packaging (including all pallets, boxes, hardware, and protective materials).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@pawtikko.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Provide photos showing the current condition of the item and its packaging.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact return warehouse address. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees
To ensure fairness and transparency under Google and FTC guidelines, please note who is responsible for return costs:
- For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Seller's Fault): If the product arrives damaged or is defective, PAWTIKKO will bear the full cost of return shipping. You will receive a 100% full refund or a free replacement.
- For Buyer's Remorse (Customer's Reason): If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or because it "does not fit the room," the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the actual return shipping costs. Additionally, a 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the costs of warehouse inspection and repacking.
4. Refunds Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund in 1 business day.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
- Timeline: The credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 1 Business Day. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled free of charge before they enter the shipping/handling phase. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@pawtikko.com. If the item has already departed our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled and must be treated as a standard return under the "Buyer's Remorse" terms outlined above.
